With the Black Widow XT Bait DAIWA offers universally applicable rods for using natural baits for targeting predators like pike, zander and eel but also for coarse fishing for tench, bream or carp. The semi-parabolic HMC+ carbon fiber blank of this rod series loads in an outstanding fashion and allows long casts without damaging or even loosing delicate hook baits during the cast. The models with 20-60g casting weight are literally made for deadbaiting for zander at low current using small baitfish but also are the right selection for presenting fresh worms on a float at fishing for eel. The casting weight of 30-90g allows the presentation of natural baits on remote spots and enables the angler to apply also heavier sinkers. With these rods, that feature a casting weight of up to 125g, also the fight with a 1m plus pike or a 15kg carp over long distances is not a problem.
